How come her shirt is always so long

I pay attention to her due to this word: "挖賽", I guess this is the "Wasai" that used in Malaysia and Singapore. Quite surprise that there is the Chinese version of the word. So I start to browse her photo album, and she is quite an outdoor girl, like to go beach. And guess what, always, her shirt will be very long, and so long until cover her short.
